Mimicking the taste, look and smell of Champagne to perfection, the sparkling, organic and alcohol-free wine French Bloom is clearly establishing itself as an ideal alternative to alcoholic drinks for an aperitif that is as festive as it is healthy. Launched in 2020 by top model Constance Jablonski and Maggie Frerejean-Taittinger, French Bloom was born from a desire to satisfy both pregnant women and those who wish to drink
without the harmful effects of alcohol. Founded on the values of well-being, sharing and conviviality, French Bloom is part of a desire to encourage people to reconnect with themselves and others, whether by enjoying the benefits of this drink or by sharing a glass.
This low-calorie, no-sugar-added,
sulfite-free drink took nearly two years of development and seventy trials to achieve a flavor similar to Champagne with a vegan recipe, made from de-alcoholized Chardonnay wine, grape juice and natural flavors like lemon.
Bottled in the southwest of France, French Bloom is now available in two recipes: Le Blanc with notes of pear, mango, pineapple and granny apple while Le Rosé combines notes of white peach, red fruits and cherry. A drink as beautiful as it is good, which has already seduced La Grande Épicerie du Bon Marché, the Ritz and the Brach Hotel.
