Shipping policy
The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery in Switzerland only. Shipping costs offered from 6 bottles.
We Bloom SA undertakes to deliver the items ordered by the Customer within the scheduled time. If the said items have not been delivered within 7 working days from the date of delivery provided when ordering, and if this exceeding is not due to a case of force majeure, the customer may proceed to resolution of the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

The sums paid by the customer will then be fully restored to him.
Upon receipt of his order, the Customer will take care to check the compliance of the products received.
Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged or open package, broken, defective item ...) must imperatively be notified, the same day of reception or at the latest 3 days after receipt , at the head office of We Bloom SA by registered mail or by email to the address: support@frenchbloom.ch
Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and We Bloom SA will be released from any responsibility.
If the aforementioned conditions are met we bloom its will then reimburse the defective product (s), the customer will be able to return to order and then feeling bloom will proceed to the re-exposition of the missing product (subject to the merits of the request client).
