Deadline to return an article - Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties. The methods of exercising this right of withdrawal are mentioned in the “return and reimbursement” paragraph below. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid for the purchase of the product, less the delivery costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which he exercised his right of withdrawal.
Return conditions for reimbursement
The returned articles (s) must be new, unused and in their perfectly intact original box.
We Bloom SA will make the reimbursement within 15 days of receiving the return package to our warehouse.
The customer must maintain the proof of deposit of the package which will be given to him by the carrier. In the event of loss of the package, no refund can be made without this proof of deposit.
The Customer has a period of 15 working days from the date of filing of his return package in order to formulate any complaint relating to his return.
No request will be accepted after this period.

All returned items must be returned perfectly intact.
Upon receipt of the package, we bloom his judge of the perfect state of returned goods. No return will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged because of the customer and this use or damage makes items unfit for sale. If the return is refused by We Bloom SA, the items will then be returned to the customer at the costs of We Bloom SA without the customer being able to require compensation or a right of reimbursement, with the exception of the following financial year The guarantee on goods sold.
Reimbursement of returns
Subject to compliance with these return conditions, we Bloom will reimburse the items returned within 30 days of stocking of goods.
