French Bloom partnered with Richard Taittinger Gallery and share cancer support for breast cancer awareness month

Located in New York’s Lower East Side, the Richard Taittinger Gallery committed to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with the Women group show, to raise funds throughout the month of October. To support this initiative, it partnered with the New York Association Share Cancer Support and French Bloom for the exhibition September 30.

10 Internationally reknowed Women artists honored at Richard Taittinger Gallery

For Richard Taittinger: "The art world must change, it must bring more diversity, transparency and it must support causes”. The ethical dimension of art, particularly the feminist and environmental causes, has always been one of the founding principles of the Richard Taittinger Gallery.

The month of October is therefore a particularly important moment as it raises
awareness for breast cancer, the second leading cause of death for women. After The Female Lens exhibition in 2019, which explored themes of gender and identity, and challenged outdated conceptions of the male and female gaze, the Richard Taittinger Gallery is once again bringing together women artists from around the world for its Women. . Works by Charlotte Abramow, Grimanesa Amorós, Yagazie Emezi, Frances Goodman, Teresa Margolles, Maria Qamar, Linda Sormin, Morgane Tschiember, Cybèle Varela, and Joana Vasconcelos will be exhibited at throughout the month of October. This initiative is part of an effort to raise awareness about breast cancer, with proceeds benefiting the association Share Cancer Support
